Dr. Matthew Turpin

Matthew Turpin received his Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from LSU in 1997 and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree (D.D.S) from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans in 2002. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northeast Louisiana Dental Association. He is also a part of local dental study clubs.

Dr. Turpin opened his West Monroe office in 2005 with a focus on providing high-quality dental care for the whole family in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. He enjoys his patients and values swapping stories and encouraging them to practice prevention to avoid dental problems.

Dr. Turpin is originally from Bastrop. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active in his church, and LSU sports.

A Note From Dr. Turpin

"I grew up in Bastrop, LA, in a dental family and realized in college that I wanted to "follow in dad's footsteps." After graduating from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2002, I got married to Jennifer, and we moved to Baton Rouge to take a job with a larger dental practice. The older dentists there were great mentors, impressing on me the importance of prevention in dentistry. That philosophy guides me today in my treatment. It is much easier to prevent problems or take care of a small tooth problem before it hurts or breaks.

Jennifer and I moved our family to West Monroe in 2005. Our three children attend Claiborne Elementary School and West Ridge Middle School. We are both involved in our church, teaching kids and youth Sunday school classes.

Our dental practice is a place where we treat the whole family. I really enjoy treating children, and I believe that being a dad has made me a better dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, we would love for you to visit our practice."

Dr. Bradley focuses on providing excellent dental care for the entire family in a family-friendly environment. If you’re a patient of Dr. Bradley’s, you might recall him saying, “If you were my mom, this is the treatment I’d recommend for her, so this is what I recommend for you”. It’s true – Dr. Bradley cares for each one of his patients as if they were family.

Dr. Bradley is married to Charlee Bradley, who is a speech language pathologist. Aside from caring for their patients in their respective practices, they enjoy being involved in community affairs and in their church. Outside of work and service to their community, he and Charlee have enjoyed welcoming their firstborn child, Walter Brooks, into their family. The three of them love spending time with their 2-year-old Labradoodle, Louie!

A Note From Dr. Bradley

"After graduating from dental school, I chose to return to my hometown of West Monroe to practice dentistry. Because community is critically important to me and something that I plan to always keep paramount in my Professional life. I strive to serve my community in every way I can because the residents of West Monroe have helped raise and shape me. My goal is to offer my time, attention, and energy while displaying my compassion towards each person with whom I have the pleasure of treating every time they sit in my dental chair. As a patient of mine, you might commonly hear me say: “If you were my parent, sibling, or child, this is the treatment I’d recommend for them”. Though I make this statement consistently, I mean it seriously! I strive to treat every patient I encounter as if they were a part of my family. Indeed, we don’t call it family dentistry for nothing! I’d love to have the opportunity to care for you – come join our family! "
